Ingredients :

  1. 350 gr potatoes, cut into pieces and boiled
  2. 250 g cauliflower, cut into pieces
  3. 170 ml water
  4. 4 curly green chilies, finely chopped
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp coriander leaves, take the leaves
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  10. 1 tsp chili powder
  11. Tomatoes (cut lengthwise into 8 pieces)
  12. Celery leaves (for topping)

Steps to make:

  1. First peel the potatoes from the skin, then clean and cut into cubes.
